Blackstone BBQ Bacon Smash Burger

These BBQ Bacon Smash Burgers make the best recipe for your Blackstone griddle! A juicy burger with crispy edges that is  loaded with uncured bacon, caramelized onions, and bbq sauce. It will  most definitely become a family favorite burger recipe.

There is nothing mysterious about making bread! Practice makes perfect so bake, bake, bake!

These smash burgers are great for topping with all of your favorites!

Mix ground meat, bbq sauce, and spices in a large bowl.


Form the meat mixture into eight loosely packed meat balls

Place the bacon on the preheated Blackstone griddle

Add the sliced onions to the Blackstone griddle and saute with some of the bacon grease.

Place the loosely packed meat balls on the opposite side of the Blackstone and using a burger smash or spatulas immediately smash into patties that are approximately 1/4" thick.

Cook the patties for 2-3 minutes per side and then top with a slice of cheese.

Cook the bacon and onions (stirring occasionally) until done to your liking.

Add the buns to the griddle cut side down and let them "toast" in the bacon fat on medium high heat.

Assemble the burgers as desired and enjoy!
