This Healthy Chicken Fried Rice on the Blackstone is more delicious  than your family favorite takeout!  This sticky rice dish is gluten  free, soy free, and packed with good for you veggies and protein.

THE PRIMITIVE DISH

Mix all chicken marinade ingredients and pour over chicken to marinade up to 24 hours.

Place the marindaded chicken on the preheated griddle.

Followed by the chopped veggies.

Add the rice to the griddle and mix with the veggies once they are tender.

When the chicken is cooked thoroughly, mix all ingredients and add the peas.
