Ingredients for Pumpkin Custard

Ingredients for Pecan Pie Topping

Combine dry ingredients for crust, then add wet ingredients and mix to form thick dough.  Press into a prepared baking pan.

In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients for pumpkin custard and pour over baked crust.  Bake for35 minutes while making pecan pie topping. 

Lightly press pecan topping onto baked pumpkin custard layer and return to oven to bake for 15 minutes.

Remove from oven and cool for 30 minutes before cooling in fridge for 6 hours or overnight.
