Ingredients Needed

Add all of the marinade ingredients to a small bowl and mix well.

Add the chopped veggies to a large bowl and drizzle with the marinade.

Use your hands to mix the marinade and veggies well then preheat your Traeger for 15 minutes.

Place the veggies in a grill basket and place directly on the grill grates, stirring occasionally, until caramelized to your liking.
