These Traeger Smoked Baked Potatoes make the perfect classic side  dish!  They are creamy on the inside with deliciously crispy skin on the  outside.  Finish them off with your favorite toppings!

THE PRIMITIVE DISH

Scrub the potatoes clean and pat dry with a paper towel before piercing each potato all over with a fork.

THE PRIMITIVE DISH

Drizzle the potatoes with the oil and sprinkle with seasonings.  Use your hands to rub the oil in.

THE PRIMITIVE DISH

Place the potatoes directly on the grill grates of your preheated Traeger and smoke for 3 hours.

THE PRIMITIVE DISH

Flip the potatoes once during their smoke.

THE PRIMITIVE DISH

Remove the potatoes from the grill and serve as desired!
