A Blackstone griddle breakfast recipe that makes the  ultimate breakfast spread packed with eggs, veggies, crispy bacon and  homemade hash browns. This classic breakfast is a healthy twist on a  diner favorite!

Ingredients Needed

THE PRIMITIVE DISH

Wash, dry, and shred the potatoes and mix in a bowl with the oil and seasonings.

THE PRIMITIVE DISH

Place the potatoes on a well oiled and preheated griddle.

Followed by the chopped veggies.

Add the bacon to the griddle and begin to cook while allowing the hashbrowns to crisp up, flipping as needed.

Add the eggs to the griddle either scrambled or whole as desired.

Mix the eggs with the veggies and spinach.

Remove the hashbrowns and bacon when crisp to your liking.

Remove everything from the griddle and serve as desired topped with green onions!
