Ingredient Notes
GT’s is a great Whole30 compliant kombucha. If you are unable to find a cranberry kombucha, feel free to sub for compliant cranberry juice!
The LaCroix can be substituted for regular sparkling water as well!
Whole30 Kombucha Notes
Kombucha is Whole30 compatible so long as there was no sugar added after the fermentation process. Typically you can tell based on whether or not “sugar” is listed in the ingredient list. If so, this generally means that the sugar was added after fermentation.
Serving & Recipe Notes
This mocktail is best served over ice and garnished with raspberries, lime, and rosemary. The garnishments make this mocktail so beautiful and perfect to serve up at your holiday table!
Because of the carbonation in the kombucha and sparkling water, this mocktail is best served immediately after making it to ensure it is not flat while enjoying it.
