Instant Pot Buffalo Chicken (Whole30, Paleo)

This Whole30 Instant Pot Buffalo Chicken is such an easy and delicious meal!  The chicken is juicy and flavorful with a buffalo sauce that is perfect for the entire family.  This dish makes a great paleo, Whole30, dairy free and gluten free dinner that will be on the table in less than 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb chicken breast
  • 1 cup frank's hot sauce
  • cup ghee
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup honey omit for Whole30

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to instant pot, seal the valve, and pressure cook for 12 minutes.
  • Allow the pot to naturally release for 5 minutes before manually releasing to pressure valve.
  • Shred the chicken and serve as desired!
