8 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk 4 oz french vanilla nutpods can sub for additional almond milk 4 oz hot water 1 ½ tsp matcha tea powder ½ tsp turmeric ½ tsp cinnamon ¼ tsp ginger Pinch black pepper 1-2 Tbsp Paleo sweetener of choice omit for Whole30 1 scoop collagen peptides optional for additional protein 1 tsp coconut oil optional for additional healthy fat
Add the matcha, collagen, coconut oil, and all other spices to hot water.
Using a blender or high powered frother, blend until smooth.
Add almond milk and nutpods (if using) to a large glass filled with ice.
Pour matcha mix over almond milk, add sweetener to taste, and stir to combine.
