Blackstone Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients Needed

Combine all of the marinade ingredients in a small bowl.

Combine the chicken and sliced veggies in a large bowl or ziploc bag.  Mix well to ensure the chicken is well coated.

Set the chicken and sliced veggies aside for at least one hour to marinade.  

Add the chicken and veggies to a preheated Blackstone griddle and cook until the chicken is cooked thoroughly (165F), about 5 minutes.  Then, remove the fajitas from the griddle.

Serve your fajitas as a salad, or in a charred tortilla topped with guacamole, salsa, cilantro, or fresh lime juice and enjoy!
