This healthy at home Starbucks Iced Matcha Latte copycat recipe is dairy free + paleo and is packed with nutrients and antioxidants. With the added benefits of turmeric, this latte makes a perfect healthy, anti inflammatory drink.

  • 8 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 4 oz french vanilla nutpods can sub for additional almond milk
  • 4 oz hot water
  • 1 ½ tsp matcha tea powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ginger
  • Pinch black pepper
  • 1-2 Tbsp Paleo sweetener of choice omit for Whole30
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides optional for additional protein
  • 1 tsp coconut oil optional for additional healthy fat


  • Add the matcha, collagen, coconut oil, and all other spices to hot water.
  • Using a blender or high powered frother, blend until smooth.
  • Add almond milk and nutpods (if using) to a large glass filled with ice.
  • Pour matcha mix over almond milk, add sweetener to taste, and stir to combine.
  • Enjoy!
